The area
Four seasons, one basecamp
The Tahoe Sierra neighborhood — the Sierra Tract — sits just off Highway 50 between Trout Creek Meadow and the Upper Truckee River, with Sierra Boulevard running through the middle of it. Central, and minutes from the lake.
Winter
Heavenly is a short drive, with Kirkwood and Sierra-at-Tahoe not much further. Ski-season tenants book from November.
Summer
The lake, miles of hiking and biking trails, and long evenings in the backyard under the pines.
Year-round
High-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace that folds out of the bedroom, for stays that are also workdays. Restaurants and shopping are minutes away.
